This is an exclusive genuine pure breed Russian Sturgeon | Acipenser Gueldenstaedtii | Danubian Sturgeon farmed at our own farm in Italy. Russian Sturgeon Caviar has a silky soft flavour that reminds us the taste of wild sturgeon Our Russian Sturgeon produces caviar when it is approximately 12 years old. As the fish ages, the flavor of caviar becomes even more tender. Russian Sturgeon Caviar has an pearl grey, grey, sometimes golden colour. The Roe’s diameter is between 2.7 – 3.0 mm. TSARINE Caviar has a very delicate flavour with a unique finish achieved due to the pure spring water where our Sturgeon fish are reared. Caviar is packed in vacuum tins specially designed to keep it fresh. Available tin sizes are: 10g, 30g, 50g, 100g, 250g, 500g. Black Caviar should be served cold, the best in a bowl served over ice. Usually, black caviar is served on top of pancakes, with crispbreads, crackers, buttered bread, boiled eggs or potatoes.My personal recommendation - with oysters.If you ask what to drink with black caviar, I would recommend Champagne or coffee.If you have any medical concerns please consult with a doctor before purchasing.
