CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND REFUNDS
Naturally we want you to be delighted with your purchases from TSARINE Caviar, so we recommend putting products in the fridge straight away to keep them in perfect condition. If you have any medical concerns please consult with a doctor before purchasing. Product image is just for illustration purposes and the actual product may vary due to manufacturer changes.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, then please do get in touch so we can make suitable arrangements for an exchange, return or refund.
Normally we don’t offer a refund as we cannot be sure how the caviar has been kept and we don’t resell a product to another customer once it has been sent out and returned. Under special circumstances however, we will offer a part or full refund.
