Shipping policy

All orders placed before 4:00pm will be shipped same day from Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays. 

To ensure caviar arrives fresh we use an overnight tracked delivery service with ice packs and thermo-insulated packaging keeping items perfectly chilled. For some postcodes delivery may take longer than 24 hours, in this case, we will put more ice packs to keep the caviar fresh. 

We take the greatest care over the transportation of caviar, after receipt be sure to refrigerate it. 

If your order has not arrived within its allotted timeframe, please check with the delivery company using your tracking number, or contact us as soon as possible.
